How we work

  • Colour that holds up at night

    Rooms get judged under lamplight more often than daylight. We pick palettes that work in both.

  • Art curated from the gallery

    There is a gallery downstairs. Pieces can be sourced, framed and hung as part of the job.

  • Layout before purchase

    Furniture plans first, buying second. It is the cheapest stage at which to change your mind.

  • On-site or virtual

    Brooklyn and nearby in person. Plans, palettes and sourcing lists anywhere else.

  • No demolition required

    We work with colour, art, light and layout. Most projects land without a contractor.

  • Written scope, fixed price

    You approve a scope and a number before any work starts. Extras are quoted, never assumed.

  1. Consultation

    On-site or virtual. We look at the space, ask what it is failing at, and tell you what it actually needs.

  2. Concept and palette

    A direction you can see: colours, references, materials, and the art that will anchor the room.

  3. Layout and sourcing list

    A plan for where everything goes, and a list you can buy from at your own pace.

  4. Styling day

    We come in, hang, place, light and style until the room reads the way the concept promised.
